Mowfield Farm

Field notes

About this venue

Mowfield Farm is a private historic property in Cumberland Center, about 12 miles from downtown Portland, set on 250 acres with gardens, a lily pond, a vegetable garden, and woodland walking trails. Rental is a full three-day takeover of the land and restored farmhouse, which sleeps up to 6 guests and includes a private dining room seating 10. Multiple ceremony locations are available across the grounds, and a large outdoor tent site comes with commercial power hookup for couples bringing their own tent and vendors. The venue doesn't publish guest capacity or pricing; couples should contact the farm directly for both. A fit for couples planning an outdoor, multi-day countryside wedding close to Portland rather than a single-day indoor event.
