Mountain Star Estate

Field notes

About this venue

A 9-acre estate overlooking Rangeley Lake in Western Maine, hosting only one wedding per week to keep the property exclusive to a single event. Ceremonies take place at a custom barn-beam arbor with handmade benches completed in 2018, with a reception barn for indoor celebration; capacity tops out around 150 guests. On-site lodging is unusually deep for the region — a honeymoon cottage for the couple plus a farmhouse sleeping roughly 38 additional guests — and tiered wedding packages bundle in one to three nights of lodging along with ceremony benches, barn furniture, and table settings. An on-site manager is present during events. Catering policy, operating season, and pricing aren't published on the venue's site, so couples should confirm those details directly.
