The Everlee is a 70-by-78-foot timber frame barn on 86 private acres in Acton, with 16-foot black-framed windows overlooking the fields. It's a climate-controlled, blank-slate venue: couples bring their own vendors (outside caterers need approval, licensing, and insurance), and BYOB is allowed as long as a licensed bartending company serves it. A separate pavilion handles ceremonies, with tent rental available as weather backup. Capacity tops out around 200 for a seated reception with dance floor, or about 175 with a band and double-sided buffet. The venue books one wedding per weekend, Friday 10am through Sunday 2pm, and requires a day-of or full-service planner plus $1 million wedding insurance. There's no lodging on site, but treehouses, cabins, and hotels sit 5 to 40 minutes away. Well-behaved dogs are welcome at the ceremony.
