About this venue
An 8,000-plus-square-foot barn in Oakland that was formerly Medicine Bend Stables, an event horse stables with indoor and outdoor riding arenas, before a 2018 conversion into a modern event venue. The barn is heated and operates across all Maine seasons, with maximum capacity around 299 guests. A private bridal suite includes 10 salon stations, a fireplace, and a mix of modern and vintage decor, and the venue offers add-on services like event design, decor rentals, on-site spa services, and horse-drawn carriage or sleigh rentals. It sits at the polished, higher-capacity end of Maine's barn venues rather than being a rustic working-farm setup. On-site lodging and catering policy weren't confirmed from available sources.
