About this venue
Churchill Barn is a 1700s barn that its family owners discovered in Barnstead, New Hampshire, dismantled, and rebuilt on preserved farmland at 1 Churchill Court in York, close to Maine's southern coast. The setting pairs the antique timber-frame structure with open fields and trees more than two centuries old, a short drive from the Atlantic. The venue hosts weddings and events but publishes few operational details online — guest capacity, catering policy, lodging, season, and pricing all require direct inquiry by phone or email. Third-party listings suggest capacity up to around 200 guests with packages starting near $10,000, but the venue itself doesn't confirm those figures on its site.
